"Great views mid interior"

The view and amenities were great. Awesome view of the ocean. The pool was heated and salt water. Beach access from property. Just stunning. The unit was spacious and nice. The access to the harbor was a short walk to restaurants and fun. Box upstairs on balcony has tons of ocean and pool stuff for fun!

The TV in bunk bed room and the up stairs room didn't work. Contacted management through email immediately. They said someone was coming to look but never did. A prior review also stated they didn't work over 6 months ago. There was small black ants. In bathrooms and down stairs bedrooms. The blinds in living room didn't work or close and multiple were missing. King bed was very firm. So was queen. Bunks were the most comfortable.

Beautiful views. Large balcony. Both a family and adult jacuzzi. Fun Koi pond with waterfalls. Couldn't ask for more.

It took us a little while to figure out how to get to certain parking garages because there are a few of them but otherwise it was great

Great access to the pool and beach. The compound is nice and they provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a few boogie boards and a cart to take it down to the beach. They do have a BBQ area with 4 gas grills. Beds were decent.

The place is in pretty rough shape. It's been barley touched since the end of the Reagan administration. It needs to be remodeled. The screen to the patio was torn, each room needed a paint job. 2 out of 4 tv's worked. The patio furniture was rusty and should be replaced. The couches were new, but didn't have legs, so they were shorter than normal. Made it difficult for elderly people to get in and out of. The towel rack was missing, but I found it on the floor in the closet. If it wasn't for the location and amenities of the compound is would have bailed.

Beautiful area, pool was perfect, steps away from the beach. Place has EVERYTHING you need for a beach day all you need to bring is your food/snacks.

The only issue was the bed upstairs was a big wobbly and bath tub would fill because the stopper wouldn't stay up.
