"Convenient bit would recommend for older people."

It was in a good location and a nice hotel restaurant across the road. Nearby parking although this was expensive.

Didn’t like the bedroom being upstairs. upstairs. Steps down to apartment and up to the bedroom were steep especially with luggage. Fan in bathroom didn’t work and some blinds were faulty.

"Poor accommodation"

Good location

Cottage (box attached to a house) was damp and smelt damp. Unable to open windows in sitting area and bathroom. Paint peeling off walls and window sills. Stairs steep and slippy with paint chipped off. Blind slats in kitchen broken and bedroom blind too short for the window. No microwave. Fluffy throw on sofa stank of previous guests perfume and black strands of hair.

"A perfect little bolthole for a couple and a dog."

Perfect location - very easy to get to the beach, restaurant, village centre, and only 30 secs from the main car park. All the arrival instructions were perfectly clear and the cottage is very easy to find.

"Good value but issues with damp"

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable cottage. Good communication from owners. Good value. On street parking was fine out of season.

It was clear owners do their best to try and manage some damp in the cottage with dehumidifier and good heating. However the downstairs is underground which doesn't help, bathroom is a particular problem. Bed is very uncomfortable. As per previous reviews just don't know why owner doesn't respond to previous concerns re no microwave and poor instructions for cooker, heating shower etc. Despite this, we enjoyed the location including excellent bus service opposite.

Location, comfortable (but small) bed, dogs allowed, clean and tidy. Much prefer to a hotel room for overnight stay

Minimal tea and coffee supplied, no milk so a trip to supermarket had to be done which was unfortunate for a one night stay. Biggest problem were the bare stairs, all white with no carpet or anti slip. These were quite dangerous we felt, especially for night trips to loo which was downstairs
