WiFi didn’t work well. TV should move from dstv to connecting to online streaming platforms.

The location and the wifi...the small bed was comfortable.

This was my worst experience ever using bookings.com. Entrance not clean, leaves everywhere, garbage drum on your way to room. One braai facility with rusty grid. On arrival walk into a baking hot room, air-conditioning switch of my question your guest must feel wow, then we discover the aircon is not working, every night we had to shut it of becomes scary noisy, the host come and check tell me its working but believe me it did not, we slept on top of the beds the fan helped a little bit, after the host checked it tell me its working fine, shut the aircon of 30degrees out side the place become an oven, we then tried to cool it down, my wife and kid wanted to sleep somewhere else...I ask again please check, same story according to him its working fine, I been in many many places the worst service, suppose to be relaxing evenings and became a nightmare, very little sleep and a noisy aircon.. WE PAY FOR NICE COOL PLEASENT LIVING SLEEPING AREAS. By the aircon being of i told the host the place smells bad we left the aircon on, we discover it came from the bathroom not sure what it was the smell was horrible, I say I think its a very dirty toilet brush. Ants everywhere bathroom kitchen, all over the floors. Anything outside just ants. All the white parts on walls, step, door frames is dirty. PLEASE DO NOT PORTION MILK IN WHAT EVER CONTAINER, VERY BAD HEALTH INSPECTORS WONT LIKE THAT,, DO NOT LEAVE SUGAR COFFEE FOR THE NEXT GUEST. YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PREVIOUS PERSON DID, PLEASE YOUR COFFEE WAS DISGUSTING FILTER AS WELL AS INSTANT NOT SURE HOW LONG IT WAS IN CONTAINERS.CHEAP COFFEE NOT EVEN NESCAFE. USE SACHETS. THE BATHROOM IS NICE BESIDES THE SMELL, THE LOCATION WAS GOOD, THE WIFI WAS GOOD. NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

If I were to complain about 1 thing it would be that there is no door separating the toilet from the bedroom.
