Brilliant in Bellview- Mins to NAS to Pensacola, Beach, Shopping!

I liked having a place to ourselves. It was quiet and conveniently situated near places we wanted to be. It was well supplied with towels, cleaning supplies and had a comfortable bed.

The area was a little sketchy. Better than some areas nearby, though. The door lock was very fussy- you had to line it up just right for it to lock. The last night we were there, around 8:30pm, we were sitting on the sofa and the lock started beeping and whirring as if someone was coming in. My husband shouted “we’re in here” and went to the door, but no one was there. That was a little unsettling. The cabinets in the wall unit have seen better days- several doors were hanging from their hinges. The bathroom faucet needs tightening- the decorative tip on the hot side was nearly off. There also seemed to be an over abundance of air fresheners which we tolerated, but someone who is sensitive to scents might not be. It also makes you wonder what is being hidden with all the scents. Also, needing a copy of an ID prior to releasing the door code: it was explained that it was for security reasons, but it’s not like someone was meeting us to let us in to the unit. I don’t know what is being done with the ID info and hope it’s not being stored. I booked through Booking.com and have never had to provide someone outside of Booking with my ID. Certainly there is a better way to vet renters when using Booking or other services of the like.

It was in a very cozy area nestled in a neighborhood. It was within walking distance of a dollar store and a grocery store. They had every kitchen item you would need to cook, and it was very comfortable.

The location of the property is in the perfect location for food and shopping. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The host definitely takes pride in their property. They are also pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog with us on our trip.

There wasn't a single thing we didn't enjoy. It was quiet and comfortable!

Private location with easy access to quick shopping and food. The bungalow is spacious and cozy! Fully stocked with dishes, coffee, and dishes/laundry accessories.

Noticed the floor was not swept in the kitchen (baseboard under cabinet area) and some dishes has not been previously cleaned well. Not a big deal, we didn't mind sweeping and rewashing what we used just wanted it noted.

We loved feeling at home, away from home! The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was close to our son, so we didn't have a lot of extra travel.

Several different rooms. The beds were super comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathrooms.

There were a few roaches seen. The back patio needs some repair. We had a few trips over certain spots.
