Wohnbereich war in Ordnung…Küchenausstattung war sehr gut

Den ersten Eindruck vermittelten leider die Garage und sämtliche Nebenräume…durch das viele alte Mobiliar stank es sehr schimmelig. Im Bad vermitteln die Armaturen eine sehr nachlässige Reinigung. Leider war es nachts und morgens auch sehr laut, nachts versammelten sich immer wieder viele Personen rund um die Mülltonnen, Müll wurde grds. ab 23 Uhr entsorgt, um 5 Uhr kam die Müllabfuhr, ab 7.30 Uhr war permanenter Baulärm…insbesondere fuhren die Bauarbeiter minütlich rückwärts und die Fahrzeuge gaben einen ständigen Piepton von sich. Die Lagerung von Schlafdecken und sauberer Wäsche erfolgte augenscheinlich in der verdreckten und schimmelig riechenden Garage. Der Wäschetrockner war total verdreckt und defekt. Der Geschirrspüler kam einem bei jeder Benutzung entgegen und die Waschmaschine war total verschmutzt.

Si buscas alojamiento en Pollença y vas con niños esta genial, porque tienen una picina perfecta para una familia y una mesa de Ping pong que hemos disfrutado mucho La casa es amplia y cómoda y la cocina está muy bien equipada, hay de todo Y tienen parking dentro de la casa que es de agradecer , seguramente repetiríamos pero tienen que cuidar un poco más los detalles porque el precio no es precisamente barato y no se si la calidad se corresponde con el precio

La limpieza es justita, entiendo que salimos y tienen que limpiar en tres o cuatro horas y es complicado limpiar una casa grande. Pero qué más nos ha disgustado es que la planta baja, donde dejas el coche, es como un trastero con montones de trastos viejos que le dan mal aspecto, sólo con que los tirasen a la basura la casa ganaría mucho Tambien hay cosas que necesitarían mantenimiento, porque la casa es bonita pero todo se tiene que ir cuidando

Location perfect . Everything on the doorstep, shops, restaurants, bus stops, recycling.

Description said 2 bathrooms , but it is an apartment ( albeit a great 1st floor 2 bed /1 bathroom apartment ) with an outside cloakroom ( toilet and washbasin ) down a flight of steps. The outside space is overlooked by residential apartments .

Clean, light and airy and a good location. Secure. Garage parking, plenty of space in the property. Table tennis. Generally quiet.

The bathroom layout was small & poor. Shower sprays onto the floor. Offering a few basics for the week like enough washing up liquid, a bar of soap, dishwasher tabs, vacuum cleaner. No vegetable peeler. Darker curtains in the double bedroom as street light by window,

Great location. Living space very good and spacious. Beds comfortable.

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. On arrival, hairs on bathroom floor and a packet of sausages on top of wardrobe in main bedroom! Wheels of trolley in bathroom are very dirty. Floors not washed during mid stay housekeeping (15 night stay). No microwave, had to phone to get one. Hairdryer went on fire on first use! Outdoor walls in need of painting. Photo's on website misleading in that respect. Stayed in lots of villa's in Pollensa. This is only one that had no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water.

Position , parking , garage , pool. General comfortable friendly aspect of the house.

There needs to be clarity about the number of bathrooms. The property is advertised as having two bathrooms. In reality there is only one practical bathroom with shower serving the two bedrooms . The other bathroom is in fact a separate toilet , no shower , a floor down from the bedrooms and situated behind the swimming pool.

The accommodation was fantastic; spacious, well equipped, and with a nice pool. Communication with the booking agency was great, and they were very accommodating of our requests.
