The location and the view exceed anything photos can convey. The house and pool area has fantastic views over the Tuscan countryside with the mountains in the distance. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos and is very well maintained with cleaning twice per week.. The house is larger than it looks in the photos, it has high ceilings and stays cool in the day. It catches the breeze in warm weather. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine in a utility room.

There is no air-conditioning but it was OK at 36 Deg C in the day by the pool. The altitude and the location provides a breeze and it cools down in the evening to sleep.

Super location, view, personal.

The view, the view! Bedrooms are upstairs and that makes the house convenient for big groups with different schedules. The kitchen is well equipped even without oven.

Localization, nice swimming-pool, big nice area only for us.

There was no air condotion despite it was offered before as a facility. Service was not friendly, (ex. the manager started takig off linings from out beds 1 hour before check out).

Rooms: There are 5 separate rooms having a bathroom each. Some of them do feature additional beds aside from the large double bed. It is essential to know that those rooms are all located on the first floor and are only reachable using stairs (either using the one outside the house or the small circular staircase inside the living room). Kitchen: Does feature most essentials except an oven. There is enough space to cook together and create delicious meals. Having two fridges helps to store enough supplies for a bigger group. Indoor: The shared living room is enormous. It offers a lot of space that would fit even more people than the ones having a room there. There are tables and seats for around 20+ people, and there is a large pool table at one side of the room. Outdoor/Garden: The garden is enormous as well. There is enough space to play games, get a tan, and chill by the pool. Therefore, many sunbeds are available and various seating opportunity are given. The pool is very big. If the whole group should take a swim all at once, there would still be enough space to swim around and not interfere with each other. Also, the pool is cleaned regularly by the "pool-guy". Sometimes even Luca (the host) joins and makes sure that everything's alright. Note: Due to the location of the house, it is windy from time to time. This is great for hot summer days, but might interfere with you playing table tennis. ;-) Host: Luca is a very nice and helpful host, available when you need him. He helped us explore the nearby culture ("Lari" is a very nice little town, btw) and made sure we had a great time. Thank you for that!

Indoor: Unfortunately, there is only one medium-sized couch (fitting around 3 people) in the living room, so it is not as appealing to just chill inside as you would have to sit on wooden chairs. Kitchen: Unluckily, some of the dishes were not clean as we arrived. Therefore, we had to first clean them on our own before using them. The water quality from the pipe is alright, though we preferred to buy bottled water instead.
