La Font - Villas Trias

The villa itself is gorgeous with rustic charm! Great outdoor areas and the interior keeps cool due to the stone walls. Renovated room and bathroom are lovely. The array of outdoor seating areas was definitely the highlight!! 15min walk from a Lidl and not much further to the main town - although cars for big shops are recommended as the cabs are unreliable.

I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap water. Nothing was disclosed by the property but we all fell unwell and suspected the water was the cause. The aircon in the upstairs single room was very mouldy too - releasing a vinegar smell… definitely could do with some more updated across the property but it was expected from the images so can’t complain!!

La casa es espectacular. En cada esquina hay un rinconcito pintoresco donde disfrutar.

Todo me gustó. Salvo quizá un mal olor que venía a veces en los exteriores, sobre todo en la zona de las hamacas y las avispas de la piscina. Aunque son entendibles porque está todo en medio de la naturaleza. Y había también bastantes trampas para capturarlas la verdad.

Superbe maison ancienne très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est magnifique hyper reposante. Drew et sa maman sont très réactif et agréable.

Rien tout était parfait pour nous

Brilliant place for our requirements - well equipped but basic. Similar comments for beds and rooms - very adequate but not plush. Would suit many genres of traveller / holiday. Great for cyclists, good for 1 or 2 families with small kids (but beware no alarm or pool barrier), great 2/3 couples who want seclusion - not overlooked, very quiet and peaceful. Need to have a car but walkable to centre of Pollenca in about 30mins. Good facilities, we cooked and ate outside on most nights, washing machine, nice surrounds, plenty of space, good value and would return.

Location is rural but close to amenities and the lovely town of Pollensa, so need a hire car. The hosts had though if everything possible to make the stay feel comfortable. It’s a very nice villa in the old finca / farmhouse style. Very spacious inside with a nice pool and cozy areas to relax. Great outdoor BBQ space with tables and sink etc.

All good from our perspective. One night an outdoor fuse blew so we contacted the agent and they had it remedied by 8.30 am.

Spacious inside and out, spotlessly clean, authentic property, unique and interesting. Convenient for Pollenca town, beaches and shops

Nothing really, all lovely. Staircases are steep so care needs to be taken, and the low beam in the kitchen is head height so needs avoiding but these are part of the character of the property

Layout was good. Lot of space for a party of 5. Location was very good for what we planned to do (Northern part of the island)

Parking is difficult. Space for 2-3 cars, but getting in and out is challenging for everything bigger than a Fiat Panda.
