Sunnyside - Large Seaside Home with views and Hot Tub

The cleanliness and amenities of the property. The host could not offer more. The property was within easy access by car to many local places. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated and clean. The garden is a wonderful area to relax in and the hot tub adds to the experience. We travelled as a group of 4 with 2 of our party being more mature of age and one with limited mobility, therefore the downstairs toilet/shower and bedroom were a god send, as was the easy access to the house from parking the car.

The only slight disappointment was the welcome basket. This consisted of a few chocolates in a bowl and when you have travelled a distance, some milk, fresh bread, eggs or home baking would add to the wow factor of the welcome. There is tea and coffee there available.

House is lovely and big and very clean. Hot tub was spot on for us 4 ladies.

Felt that the property was a bit tired in places and could do with minor repairs and being updated in decor. Difficult to even open the front door without forcing it . Too many ‘information notices ‘ everywhere. TV a little bit small in such a lovely large room. If we had the 11 people it does indeed sleep, then two toilets not really enough and with one of the showers having a notice to try to avoid use, then effectively only 1 shower for what could be a lot of people. Having said all of this, the house was clean and fresh and we had a lovely chilled few days!

Nothing had everything we needed

Cleanliness, garden exceptional, cleanliness, plenty of spaces for family to use, with hot tub and seating perfect for evenings. All round perfect for what we needed however downstairs room would have been useful to use but no reflection on owners as I hadn’t confirmed I needed to use it for elderly guest so we improvised.

Honestly nothing.

Nice and spacious, comfortable, great hot tub. Nice sized garden . Included wifi, washing machine , dryer, 2. Bathrooms

Relaxing massive and so peaceful.

Sunnyside is such a beautiful house in a perfect location we have just been to spend the weekend with our family after the sad passing of our father and we made such lovely memories together in his memory. Sunnyside was really a home from home having everything you need for a stay for everyone. Even better touch with the hot tub and lights outside for a nice relaxing evening

Nothing sunnyside had notes everywhere to say they were in the middle of replacing front door etc that were a bit old and outdated.
