I appreciated the strategic location, providing easy access to Ayani Megamall (comparable to major malls in Kuching and Miri). The property's spacious layout was perfect for our large family.

Recommendations: 1) Repaint walls. 2) Install proper closets with hangers in each bedroom. 3) Provide vanity tables and chairs in each bedroom to enhance functionality and comfort.
