The size of the house was perfect, very roomy.

The house had a little bit of damp smell, but it could be remediated with candles, plug ins, etc.

LOCATION AND CONVENIENCE. WE VISITED RUBY FALLS,ROCK CITY,THE INCLINE RAILWAY,AS WELL AS A GHOST TOUR IN DOWNTOWN CHATTANOOGA. DRIVE WAS 20 MINUTES MAX.EASY TO STORES FOR EXTRA THINGS

Not fond of the location of the door pad. I understand but not ideal for me.
