Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer Ferienwohnung Siedlung, es ist ruhig und hier kann man gut entspannen. Zudem kommt man von dort überall schnell hin sei es Salzburg, der Chiemsee oder zu den jeweiligen Wanderungen.

Liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr gut modernisiert.

Location was fantastic as a base of operations for hikes and days out in the berchtesgaden region. Plenty of parking and just a short drive from local super markets. Very cozy a-frame build with good space for six to enjoy entertainment (bluetooth speaker, and large sofa) Peaceful morning views from the balcony with the faint chime of cattle grazing nearby. Really comfortable beds and rooms, with plenty of room to store clothes and coats. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to other options in the area Petra, our host, was very nice and was a pleasure to chat to and understood our English perfectly.

Mosquitos were a real problem, causing multiple sleepless nights before an anti-mosquito product had to be bought. Not as much of an issue later into the week with cold weather but very noticeable during our few non-rainy days. It's understandable that mosquitos are in the area but more could be done to help tackle it for the guest experience (leaving mosquito spray / anti bug kit) Washing machine was broken during our stay and wouldn't spin, so clothes had to be hand washed. Extra Cleaning/home essentials (bin bags, toilet paper) weren't provided. Also hidden fees for sheets were unexpected, but not too expensive
