Hidden Gem-Open To Book-Super Location

The property is immaculate with good sized rooms for all guests. All the amenities that one would require are provided from towels to tea bags. Good location if without car as there is an amazing coffee shop (Gilmours) and a Coop within 3 min walk.

It can be difficult to find on street parking outside the property if driving, however, we always managed to find a space within a 5 min walk of the property.

Trip with friends to visit Sheffield. The house is in a great location, easy to walk or use public transport to get to town. It's really only suitable for a maximum of 6 - you'd struggle to eat or relax with more people. The bed was very uncomfortable, with faded and grubby looking bedding, which wasn't very pleasant. The cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better- the floor was sticky and some items were dirty

Excellent location, nicely decorated, and comfy bedrooms/living room. Perfect size for 4-5 friends to meet up. We would definitely use it again when back in Sheffield.

It would have been useful to have some oven gloves. We had to use the tea towel and it was tricky to get anything out the oven without burning your hands!

Good location - lots of shops and restaurants close by Clean and comfortable Kitchen was well equipped

Great location and 4 double rooms allowing everyone in the group ( of 4 adults)to have their own space. Easy access and good standard of cleanliness. Exactly what we needed accommodation wise for our planned reunion. Value for money for the standard of accommodation on offer :-) . We had a great time and loved having a house with facilities to just chill and catch up.

Owner needs to be a bit more careful with the detail. We were a group of 4. There were only 3 useable wine glasses and only 1 tea towel. The house accomodates larger groups than us as a group of 4 for sleeping, so although we coped and will happily book it again if the accommodation is available on dates we plan a future Sheffield reunion they need to think about the finer detail. Parking was tight in the street but that’s nothing to do with the accommodation.

Very clean property, exactly as described and great location. Host was responsive and very polite when I had some queries about checking in and facilities at the property. He allowed for early check in which was much appreciated.

The property could do with a few more facilities such as oil and cleaning products. Our bed was slightly sunken in the middle. But for the price this wasn't much of an issue!

Great location near Ecclesall Road and easy access to the town centre … nice property, nicely appointed and very clean / comfortable for our family
