Villa Kepuh

Everything. I'd had this place on my wish list for quite a while and finally had the chance to visit. Google maps got me there with no problem - which is not always the case with locations in the hills. My bungalow was super cozy and the bed extremely comfy. The bungalows are set out in the lovely (organic) garden so that you still have a sense of privacy and just sitting on my terrace was a treat of tranquility. No issues at all with mosquitoes.The view from the en site restaurant is great, and the food also. The lovely owners and staff take care of you and so you feel at home here immediately.

The villa is located in the jungle and gives a beautiful view. Having your own little cabinet with an outdoor shower makes this even a better stay. Everyone was lovely and the food was amazing

The whole property is a piece of art that has been carefully put together to showcase traditional Balinese elements. Lots of love went in and the result is stunning. Come visit if you are sick of square white spaces and enjoy someone’s passion project.

This is by far the most special accommodation we've stayed in during our 2 month trip through Malaysia and Indonesia! It was like living in a temple for a few days, not just because of the way it's been built but also because of the beautiful decorations both inside and outside. We loved having breakfast with a fantastic view all the way down to the sea! Barb and Dave did a great job building this place and on top of that they are lovely hosts. Our daughters loved playing with Lola, their puppy. The area is quite remote, but Barb was really helpful finding a driver for us so that we could make some excursions. We actually quite liked the remoteness, because it also meant staying is an authentic non-touristy area.

The only thing that could have been better is the wifi. But apparently this is a problem of the whole area, because it's a bit "far from civilisation". But isn't it anyway much nicer to connect with your travel companions than with the internet when you're on holidays? :)

We had 3 nice wooden houses including a superbe villa with private pool. The outside bathrooms are beautiful. True Bali style. The garden was very beautiful. A very nice place. The owners are very helpful.

The rooms could be more clean and tidy. The  »restaurant «  needs to be better organized.

The food from the Warung on-site was 10/10. The view was fantastic, the climate and atmosphere of the place was absolutely prefect. The owners are absolutely lovely and welcoming people.

Would not change a thing.

Everything was great :) the owner and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also did our laundry there which was ready within 24h. They have a good restaurant and you can also order a shisha which is perfect when you want to chill on your terrace. The whole property is very clean and very beautiful. You have a lot of privacy because the rooms are not close to each other. The outdoor bathroom is lovely!! And their cute dogs are a bonus!!

It is really very unique and authentic place! We have lived in a bigest vills, so it was really and spacious. Also 100% authentic! The owners and all staff really helpfull. Helped us eith everything: drivers, doctor, food and etc. If you want to feel authentic Bali in nature this is a place which you need to visit

What a beautiful place this is! The rooms and especially the garden are so well kept and have so many beautiful details. We only spent 1 night here, if we could have, we would have stayed longer. The area around the hotel is also very beautiful and very quiet. You won't find this in Bali elsewhere!
