Very spacious and well located for visiting famiky in bedlington well equipped and response was quick when help was required

It would have been better if fire in living room was working. And the mattress on the beds were a little uncomfortable

The property was very spacious. It has all the necessary facilities and equipment. The tv is very good quality. Everything is as described.

Most things are quite basic and ‘no frills’. It would have been nice if the heating had been on before we got there - although it was fine once it warmed up.

Received an email giving the key safe code in good time and the property was very easy to access. Upon entry, it was immediately clear that the house was clean and tidy. The living room was pleasant, albeit sparsely decorated, with a wall mounted smart TV. The kitchen was clean, spacious, and functional with a nice 6-seater dining table. The 4-double bedrooms were clean and tidy and provided enough bed spaces for up to 10-guests (i.e. 5-doubles). Again, the bathroom was a good size, clean and tidy, and offered a functional 4-piece suite. The central heating worked well, and the Wi-Fi was easy to access and worked well throughout our stay.

The living room only provides enough seating for a MAXIMUM of 5 people (i.e. 3- and 2-seater settee) so we had to use dining chairs. The living room gas fire would not light and the property was cold upon arrival. The beds are OK for a short stay but 2 guests complained of feeling springs through the mattress. The curtains in 2 of the bedrooms are too narrow to draw fully so allow sunlight to pour through.

There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 children. Plenty of dining space, home from home facilities (washer, dryer iron etc)

The beds was not overly comfy for the adults and to all watch a movie in the living room there’s was not alot of sofa space
