"Exceptional"

The house and facilities were 1st class. Colleen and Gary were very welcoming. They left us a luxurious hamper and even let us borrow a Firestick for the TV. Enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs and with the nice weather we made use of the provided barbecue. Would return in a heartbeat.

You were made very welcome by the hosts. The property was comfortable with clear consideration given to promoting an enjoyable stay. The property is well maintained, smells amazing and is beautifully furnished but it is the little extras like the welcome basket of goodies (this visit had Easter treats) and fruit plate that give this accommodation the wow factor and its well deserved high score.

Property was spacious, very clean and well provisioned. The location is convenient and the property secure. Check in was easy and host was very helpful. This property certainly exceeded our expectations!

The property is stunning, with luxury furnishings, it was spotlessly clean & smelt amazing. Outside is private with electric gate entry, fully enclosed back garden that was totally safe to let our dog play in & all well lit. There was a beautiful Christmas tree, as We stayed between Christmas & New Year, before heading up to the Lakes. There was also a hamper with Prosecco & snacks, also milk tea coffee provided. Hosts Colleen & Gary lovely & friendly, we couldn’t ask for more 💖 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Everything was perfect. The extra touches like the hamper and beautiful Christmas tree were amazing. The owners have thought of everything you would need to stay here. Cleanliness was exceptional and the home was full of beautiful furnishings. We would not hesitate to book again and recommend this property to friends and family.
