The sea can be reached on foot via a 500‑meter coastal path with a 150‑meter elevation change. Comfortable footwear is essential. • The path is natural and not suitable for strollers or guests with mobility difficulties. • The historic center of Sperlonga and the main beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car along the panoramic Sperlonga road, with sea views along the way. • Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional fee. • Please note that the water is not drinkable. It is hereby noted that, along a short section of the SP 105 (the panoramic access road to Sperlonga), traffic is temporarily regulated by alternating one-way flow due to maintenance works. Nevertheless, traffic conditions remain regular.
