Charming 120-year-old farmhouse by the creek.

Nice and clean

Low beams based on my height. Bumped my head once walking in front dining area into the kitchen. Kitchen sink had a leak and very slippery and icy driveway.

It wasn’t clean. One of the beds was used already. Coffee pot was dirty, refrigerator was dirty mouse traps on the counter next to the toaster. Just not clean only stayed one night out of the two I paid for

Love the location love the view and it was close to the stores would definitely come back again

Really liked the location next to the creek. It was idyllic.

Dishwasher was not emptied (left full). Bin was not emptied. We also had an unwanted visitor/s throughout the night scratching around in the bedroom. It was with disappointment that we vacated the property one night early.

The house next to the river, the fire pit, the fully furnished kitchen, the beds, and the clean bathrooms.

There aren’t many things to do at this time of year. Would be excellent in the Summer or Fall. Nevertheless, we did venture out doing so hiking and visited a zoo in Binghamton.

Very pretty location and quaint old house. Updated kitchen and easy parking.

I was disappointed in the steep cleaning fee ($95) for one night's stay, which was tacked on late in the process. It was hard to find the bath towels, and we never did find any hand towels. There were several coffee makers but no coffee. The hosts were not responsive to our questions. And the bed in the master bedroom was not super comfortable.
