Sparkling newly built house close to city & nature

Die Lage war sehr gut, außerhalb des Zentrums, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen: ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

War alles gut

Le logement est un petit morceau de culture suédoise (et de son célèbre magasin d'aménagement) pour vous aider à vous sentir comme à la maison. La décoration est soignée et faite avec goût. Les équipements de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont suffisants. L'habitation est idéale pour 2 à 4 personnes. Le quartier est calme avec un supermarché, des commerces et restaurants à proximité (un japonais à découvrir). Des attentions de bienvenue de notre hôtesse... sans oublié le chat, très attaché à la balancelle... La possibilité de garer le véhicule devant la maison est très appréciable.

La mezzanine est un peu juste pour des adultes. Les rangements sont limités, car occupés par les affaires de rechange du logement, si vous restez plusieurs jours. La table extérieure aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation. Les moustiques peuvent être des compagnons tenaces mais on en vient à bout ! La climatisation est un peu poussive, il vaut mieux aérer avec la grande baie vitrée.

I liked that there was a terrace, quiet neighbourhood.

The space felt quite small for six people – it looked more spacious in the photos. Additionally, the train station was considerably farther than suggested in the comments; it took us about 20 minutes to walk there. We were also provided with only four towels, despite there being six of us. Two extra towels were left in the closet, but when I messaged the host, I was told those were intended for the next guests. Naturally, we ended up using them, as sharing towels wasn’t a comfortable or practical option.

Fabulous everything was prefect.

Property was in perfect location as we could get to the main city centre in minutes. The property itself was perfect for our family and had everything we needed.

Good and silent location, easy check-in, good heating system and warm house,friendly host

We have paid for 5 people per night but the apartment wasn't comfortable for all the persons, the fifth person should be very small and petit to fit in. When I addressed the issue to the host she told me to just throw an extra mattress (which was equipped for the sofa bed) on the floor. If it had a bigger mattress in the double bed would be fine.

This beautiful little tiny home is far more spacious than you would think. It is well equipped and close to a lovely supermarket and a bus stop which takes you straight into Stockholm. We loved the outdoor space and the neighbourhood was lovely to stroll through. We also enjoyed the daily visit of some mommy and baby deer in the garden and a large hare one evening. All in all a great place to stay.

While we may have been drawn to the uniqueness of the ‘loft’ bed, in reality, it was very very hot up there in the roof. Hot air rises and while it was too cold to use aircon, it was almost too hot to sleep up there. There is an option of a futon in the lounge area, which is useful. Perhaps the addition of a small skylight window just to let hot air out in the warmer months may be beneficial. But, this is a personal opinion and shouldn’t take away from the loveliness of this little house.

Despite having several bus stations nearby, getting downtown requires one or several changes, and it takes quite a while. But still ok.
