An absolutely amazing place to stay! Karim, Fatima, and all of the other staff were truly amazing! Very helpful, informative, friendly and genuine people. The surf house is perfectly located, as close to the beach as possible. Everything is very clean, and the rooftop is so great to relax / exercise / work. The surf shop downstairs has great wetsuits, surfboard & other kit / goodies for surfers of all abilities. Can’t fault this brilliant property.

Great value for money. Exactly what it says, nice roof top area and great location.

Karim was a fantastic host, being incredibly helpful about any and all queries we had. The apartment was perfect, and in a brilliant location - right by the beach so great access for an ocean swim every morning! Karim's surf hire was also very convenient, just next to the apartment and very reasonably priced.

Enough space to accommodate our family of five. Easy to walk our young children to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice large refrigerator.

It would have been nice to have a larger capacity coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave. Also there were no mattress pads and the bedding (though clean) was rather old, as were the towels. There was no hot water in the kitchen so we would fill containers with hot water from the bathroom sink and bring them to the kitchen sink to wash dishes. The most challenging part was the poor internet connection as we needed a fast connection to work our remote jobs during our stay. The only solution was to use our mobile data hotspots. It was also a surprise to find how much street noise there is late into the night. We used white noise apps to sleep through it because the windows had to be open since there was no air conditioning. The smell from the fish market was hard to get used to. If there was air conditioning, the noise and smell would probably not be an issue. Since we were in the apartment (and not the hostel rooms), our access to the rooftop terrace was unreliable. On some days it was locked until late in the afternoon.
