We liked everything about the apartment. New, clean and nice. Close to citycenter and two supermarkeds next door. Loved the outdoor area and the view.

Pros: - located in a quiet neighborhood and view on the sea - excellent quality of bed / mattress and pillows (medium firmness and cold foam material) - dark sleeping room - mostly clean - air conditioning (A/C) in every room - separate bathrooms - kindness of hosts - late checkout - parking in front of the house

No cons

Wonderfully located to drive around Costa Smeralda - plenty of the best beaches only 5-20min drive away. The apartment is a short walk to a good choice of supermarkets, plenty of great restaurants and a nice bakery. The apartment was lovely, clean and perfect for our small family (one baby). It had nice outdoor spaces in the front and back to sit and eat. We were grateful that they provided a cot. The staff was helpful and came quickly when we requested a baby high chair and to fix the wifi. Overall it was good value relative to the cost of accommodation around this area.

The only issue we had was with the oven - the thermostat was broken so the temperature of the oven was way too hot so it burnt our food even when we had it as low (but on) as possible. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The property was clean and in a good location.

We had to make our own beds on arrival so please be aware of this before booking. After travelling all over the world this is the only apartment which felt this was an acceptable standard. The apartment was also missing a cork screw so we had to purchase one. The back bbq area was well equipped but unfortunately the weeds were over growing so it isn’t as seen in the pictures and therefore we didn’t want to use the rear garden facilities.

Loved the front garden lounge area with unbeatable sunrise and marina view. 2 bathrooms were a huge bonus. Beach parasol and kids equipment was a really nice touch. The apartment was super clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of space in wardrobe and drawers. Decor overall was stunning (loved the lamps in master bedroom!!!).

We like to spend time together as a family, so the barbecue in the back garden wasn’t ideal but we managed to make it work by moving table and chairs in there. If the owner wanted to invest, the back garden could do with a swimming pool (even the above ground one would be a huge bonus) as it’s really hot in the back! The sprinklers could be set to start off earlier as we woke up quite early and the tiles outside were super slippery - bit of a health and safety issue especially if kids are around.

It was great spending every morning and every evening in jasmine smell.

It would be useful a toaster and a microwave for heating food.

Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac near a grocery store With a short walk into town. Great host/management tea that met us and gave us the information and recommendations. Small washing machine and drying rack outside allows you to clean your clothes

The sheets aren’t the softest the bedding/pillows are not the best, but could still we could sleep decent

Location and view of the sea was good. Outside BBQ was fine

Kitchen is well equipped but cramped.
