The communication from the start from Wingtips was excellent, emails in advance to tell me what to expect as well as before you arrive they email with you all the codes to get into the apartment, including the lock box which is where your main key is. All very clear instructions and easy to find the apartment. Location was key for us and it was perfect, including parking so could walk 5 minutes and your there at Carbis bay beach, with no worries of where to park. Loads of places around to eat and drink, but they do leave you folders with all the information and number of local restaurants and tourist attractions too. The property was so clean and welcoming, felt like home from home, greeted with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. The beds were so comfy, had the best nights sleep, 2 bathrooms which make it so much easier, with towels provided. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. You had a view of the beach from the lounge, obviously having Wi-Fi is a bonus too. Couldn’t fault this apartment. Made the holiday even more perfect knowing you had such a lovely place to go back too.

There was nothing I can say we didn’t like, honestly it was a dream apartment in the perfect location.

The facilities were exceptional, from a fully kitted kitchen to the small things like the Apple TV! Very clean and furnished to a high standard. Very spacious bedrooms and the two bathrooms were a huge plus! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had an issue with our allocated parking bay one evening. We only moved our car once the whole time we were there but sadly someone had parked in our bay. The lovely person I spoke with at Cornish Escapes tried her up most to help even though I called after 9.30pm. Luckily we were able to park within the car park for the night so it didn’t cause too much of an issue.
