Beautiful & cosy 4 bedroom home

Log fire was great (although had to ask the owner to provide logs as there was only 3 in the bag and no fire lighters) Bedding was of a good quality Essentials (salt/ pepper milk) were provided

The house smelt very damp on arrival and we had to top the pressure up on the boiler to get it working. The house was not clean- rug was very grubby, cobwebs and it felt dark (we found a bag of baubles in the cupboard and tried to decorate a bit) The TV is exceptionally high over the fire and gives you literally a bad neck. The house needs a lock of paint and some tlc, lots of gaps, cracks and scuffs around.

Everything! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at one of Wills properties and so good, we have booked another apartment this weekend 😄. Lovely house, spotless clean, warm and comfy.

Close to Todmorden.

The shower didn’t work very well. The switch to choose between overhead and hose doesn’t work, so it comes out of both. Which means a poor shower experience. Also the double bed on top floor has very uncomfortable springs on right side. So one of us had to sleep in single room.

Great location, peaceful and close enough to everything.

It's a nice and cosy home. Met the expectations for us to stay in the area as a family to attend a wedding. Everything worked as you would want it to within the house

The cottage was pleasant with comfy sofas. Good kitchen.

There was only one shower for 5 people and it was at the top of the house in an ensuite bedroom. No dining table. The road outside was very potholed at the junction and my car bottomed out. Hard bed!

Location and feel of property. Lots of nice touches

Beds on top floor weren’t overly comfy but that could be personal preference. Bit hard for us.

Great location - by train station and lovely canal walk into Todmorden .

All as described but there was a shortage of crockery - only two bowls for 6 people and the only shower was in the en-suite - we had to wait til the occupants were up before the rest of us could get a shower !
