Lovely property enjoyed by all of us. Very quiet, lovely views and its location ticked all the boxes.

I unfortunately caught the bottom of my car when turning in to the access drive a couple of times ( I drive a large saloon car).

Location was excellent and parking was very easy with 2 cars. House was very tidy and beautiful furnishings

Overflowing bins at the side of the house. I did tidy them but an animal did get to them during the night. Couldn’t access Freeview to channels

"A comfortable stay in an excellent location"

A very convenient location for the Folk Festival weekend in Todmorden. Comfortable clean bedrooms. The house had everything we needed for our weekend break and it would have been lovely to stay longer.

The oven and grill had not been cleaned. Glasses on open shelves were dusty.

if anything, that the main bathroom bath did not have a shower option
