La ubicación, correcta. En barrio medio, con acceso a todo.

El ruido, al estar en calle principal hay paso constante de vehículos y personas. La limpieza de la casa, deja mucho que desear, hay multitud de telarañas. Los armarios viejos y descuidados. Uno de los días hubo un Corte de luz desde las 08:00 hasta las 17:00 h. Según los vecinos es habitual, aunque, no de tanta duración.
