This is a perfect little cottage to feel instantly at home with everything you need. Lovely hosts with exceptional communication.

Nothing, was the perfect stay. Vicky and David are great and the cottage / grounds are beautiful.

Perfectly appointed peaceful barn conversion for two! The cottage is furnished with high-end accessories (think Neptune/Cotswold Co) and has everything you need for a short break. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area and the comfortable bed has a Hypnos mattress for a dreamy nights sleep. The welcome hamper was generous and there was a selection of lifestyle magazines to flick through. Super friendly owner welcomed us on arrival and was on hand throughout. It’s a very quick drive to Chichester and to many local attractions. We recommend The Witterings and the walk from Boxgrove to Halnaker Windmill stopping on the way back at Tinwood Estate for bubbles and nibbles in the sunshine. The added bonus of membership throughout our stay to Goodwood Health Spa made this cottage stand out and was a welcome treat after a busy day out and about.

Nothing we loved it!

Comfortable space with high quality interior, exceptionally clean with crisp bedding and a fabulous welcome pack. Underfloor heating meant the cottage felt warm and cosy. Well located to explore the coast and other areas, we had some great recommendations from David and Vicky who were very welcoming.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The cottage is very comfortable, Ideally situated for visiting Arundel, Chichester,The South Coast, and local horse racing courses.Everything about the cottage was better than we expected.The welcome pack was excellent. We would definitely visit again in the future.
