"A very nice property set in a beautiful location and very dog friendly."

A beautiful location, very pretty. I was able to walk our dog in the owners field and a quick walk to a local pub. Plenty to do in the local area, a good walk around Chichester Marina, walk along the beach to West Wittering and a visit to Chichester City.

Driving out of the gate on to the local road was a bit dodgy despite the safety mirror opposite.

"Really enjoyed our stay and the easy drive in to Chichester."

The bathroom and shower were very good, the bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Radio excellent. Accommodation spacious. Garden large and attractive, staff friendly and helpful. Good local walks, waterside pub not very far. Easy drive into Chichester and ample parking there.

Very comfortable & quiet, enough stuff to enable the 2 of us to cook a meal for 3 friends who dropped in. Good walks nearby and only a few miles from Chichester.

Coffee machine was not co-operative, would be nice to have some milk in the fridge.
