Great accommodation at a very reasonable price. it's hard to find 2-bedroomed places. it was right in the centre near the mill. we had no idea that Ulverston was so big. if you're here for the nightlife (which Is great) you need to stay around here. Great cental location. we found free parking nearby. when we arrived we threw all the windows open for a while - as it felt like it needed a good airing.

i spoke to the owner Jerry regarding the condition of the wet room. so i am not willing to discuss it on this platform. it's a shame that the surrounding spaces to the property are not kept well. I realise this is not the property owners fault. it's just a shame.

A little bit hard to find

It was in the centre only two mins walk away .light rooms lovely features

It was quite dark at night leading to door as it was up a ginnel. Bathroom flooded when showering .

Location was fantastic, the property was clean and had all amenities

Nothing, couldn't fault it

Whilst the property appeared clean, there were areas that could have received a little more attention. 1. The bathroom-the toilet cistern was dirty/dusty, as was the top of the waste bin. The shower had some hair which would have been from a previous customer. 2. The downstairs bedroom had a cluster of cobwebs behind the bedside cabinet. Only aware of them when reaching for the switch to turn on the bedside light.

Comfortable, clean, modern facilities alongside lovely character cottage features, great location, easy check in, prompt communication and extremely helpful host, downstairs bathroom and bedroom great for mobility issues.
