Good location. Easy check In and good communication.

Property was not cleaned very well. Complimentary items not provided. IE long life milk, dishwashing liquid, dish washer tablets, toilet paper, cleaning products. Only one tea towel. Rubbish piled up in courtyard rotting and smelling. Bedding old, faded and worn.

Location was great. Good sized property. Good kitchen/lounge area. Parking space.

2 towels for 3 guests and disgustingly dirty. Contacted the property who dropped clean towels and 1 toilet roll off the next morning after we’d already been and bought new towels and used them. No reply to my request for a refund in the towels we’d bought. Bed linen was tired and stained. Twin bedroom walls very unclean. Bathroom very tired with mould. Generally in need of an update as very tired.

Location of the property was excellent to explore the beautiful Lake District and coast. Cottage well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

The property was ok but elements need attention. Shower room needs updating. Mould on lino and shower. (It was clean though and functional) The oven needs a good clean. The carpet needs replacing or cleaning in the lounge as there is a dog smell. A laminate floor would be better if you allow dogs.

Great location. Property catered for everything you would need.

This could easily be the perfect property with a little TLC. Parts of the property were not cleaned very well ie. the ensuite shower, toilet brush, flooring and black mould which are things that could be easily fixed. Living room chair had dried food down the cushions again this could easily be fixed. The outside of the property let's it down as it's not great to look at with unpainted window sills and neglected paving. Again these are small things that could easily be resolved and make this an excellent place to stay.

Great location. House had everything we needed for a great stay.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Numbered parking spaces or limiting to 1 car per booking would help.

Central location, roomy, clean, modern. Owner got back to me very quickly when I asked a question.

Ensuite shower needs modernising and shower doors were broken.
