Location, facilities, heating, having more than one bathroom offering a bath & a shower was great. Being able to park outside the property was important. The kitchen was well equipped & cleaning items were all supplied, which was good. Great TV !

No garden, couldn't locate the recycling facilities, the toilet brushes were very dirty, the main shower, there was evidence of mould & discolouration all around it, also the smaller bathroom there was evidence of mould & discolouration. The bedding wasn't the best quality & no teapot.

Nothing to complain about really apart from 1 side of the toaster didn't work but we were generally very impressed for the price

Very convenient for centre of Ulverston.

Parking, other guests had large vans & blocked car park overnight. We would not have been able to get car out in an emergency. Also batrooms were bit tired, need a refurb property needs general maintenance, sash windows hard to open & close, Messaged contact re parking but no one got back to me.

So much space and everything included, a proper home from home. Spotless and perfect for a family stay.

Court yard could do with some lights at night.

Self catering 2 bedroom house. Well fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Off street parking. Handy for town centre. Good information pack.

Numbers on the keysafe are very small and difficult to see when it's dark. They are also very fiddley.

Location was really good. Liked that there were 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.

Overall the property needed freshened up and areas of damp and mould dealt with. The towels smelt as though they hadn’t been dried properly. Could do with some better quality bedding. Despite this, it probably wouldn’t stop me from staying again for a short trip.
