Purtroppo abbiamo pagato l'intero soggiorno senza dormire una sola notte. Il figlio non ci ha fatto entrare dopo che fatto un sopralluogo e usciti perché i letti non erano fatti. Ho il video . Abbiamo chiesto insieme agli operatori di booking che venisse cancellata la prenotazione a seguito di ciò e restituita la somma anche con penale. La proprietaria ha promesso più volte la cancellazione a voce anche agli operatori di booking ma non l'ha mai fatta. Aspettiamo ancora il rimborso parziale di booking...

Lagebeschreibung: wir sind am Abend angefahren und hatten Mühe die Unterkunft zu finden, mit einheimischer Unterstützung sind wir aber nach 10 min. fündig geworden.

Location and quiet rustic surroundings were perfect and just lovely. Hosts were very responsive and a were any questions quickly

Parking was not easy. While you can pull right up to the casa to load and unload, finding parking especially when coming back in the evening was very challenging.

Great, quiet central location in small Tuscan village. 3 double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen. Lovely views. A house with character. Well equipped kitchenette. The owner was very friendly and communicated well when something was needed. For example the details listed an iron was available at the propety but there wasn't one there. The owner immediately apologised and sent one over to the property which was a greaat service. She had also left some thoughtful items in the kitchen such as long life milk in the fridge, a bottle of local red wine (yummy) and plenty of teabags and coffee pods for the coffee machine which was very generous.

The kitchen is a little dark but we did not spend much time inside the house and only ate breakfast there so this did not matter as we were out and about all day and most evenings out for dinner. Two bedrooms had very comfy mattresses on the beds but one had an older mattress which was very thin and you could feel the springs inside it so it was not comfortable but that was only one out of 3 beds.

Authentic house with three bedrooms- all with own toilet/bathroom. Nice and quiet village in the heart of Chianti. Host always with quick response. The terrace is nice although it is 30 meters from the house.

The air conditioning wasn’t 100% effective. The kitchen a little small.
