The Coachhouse - Cottage with Private Hot tub

The hot tub and great host close by! Great garden for kids! Clean inside and will equipped.

All was great just a little tired in places.

Lovely little place, gorgeous garden, tranquil, great hot tub, comfy beds, good location , lovely owners .

Home was well equipped with all the necessary items, beds were very comfy and the hot tub was excellent. Was fully equipped with all bedding, multiple towels and dressing gowns/slippers to use outside. Owners were very kind and offered us a few pointers on where to go and spend the days out we had there. Loved the garden setting and how private the whole place felt.

Would benefit from some outdoor lighting when in the hot tub at night as the hot tub lights were very nice and colourful but was quite dim

Overall a really lovely stay. Loved the rural feel to the location but with the benefits of it being close to local amenities. The coach house had a homely and cosy feel it with it being well equipped. It definitely looks more lived real life compared to the photos on booking.com and the outside are would definitely benefit from the children’s play things being replaced and added too as there is no longer a slide on the slide and swing set and the trampoline was unusable. A fence around the garden to make the garden secure and offer some privacy would have also been beneficial for our stay too. Although we didn’t feel our privacy was invaded and the hosts were lovely I wasn’t aware when booking that the hosts also live on site and we were looking for something a little secluded when booking our mini break so this would have maybe impacted the choice of accommodation. The hot tub was a huge positive for our stay and I can imagine in the summer the garden would be gorgeous!!

Well-equipped kitchen, great hot tub and easy location for walking into Colwyn Bay, yet quiet and away from main roads. Owners very helpful and responsive.

Excellent host and facilties within the cottage. Hot tub is huge and was a brilliant feature. The zoo close by was a great day out

Very Cozy Cottage with a great hot tub. Ideal for small families. Central location and not too far from the train station either. Good walks around the area and conveniently situated to travel into Snowdonia as well. David was a great host - vert helpful and accommodating while respecting the privacy of his guests! Will certainly look at coming back during the summer.

While on the whole the cottage was clean, special attention could have been given to cobwebs in the bedroom. Also the floor could do with some deep cleaning as well. But nothing too bad to put anyone off.
