The house is located probably in the most interesting and attractive location of the town. Overlooking from one side the fortress and from the other the Mon Repos palace. Spyros, the owner, is more than helpful, kudos to him and his wife for the nice settlement. Recommended 100%

What a gem! The welcome and facilities set us up for a wonderful stay in Corfu. Karen was able to give us great tips on how best to explore the island and the little extras provided were fabulous. Wonderful location!!

Blue view house is a great apartment if out want to stay in Corfu Town, or even Corfu in general if you are not into the resorts and big hotels. The location is just wonderful and you feel part of the local community with a bar/coffee house across the street with more locals than tourists. Next to the bar there is a restaurant where sunbeds with umbrella's available if you spend 5 euros per bed. Karen is a fantastic host and just made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is nog big but there is plenty of living space. Snorkling gear and other beach stuff is available as well. I would recommend this place to my friends and hope come back some time.

House was immaculate and very well equiped with quality glasswear, crockery and cutlery. Coffee maker and coffee supplied and a drinking water tap. We were met by the owner and she had stocked the fridge with drinks and got us supplies for breakfast. The location is amazing and we went swimming everyday directly opposite the house off the harbour wall with the locals. It's a 20 minute walk into Corfu Town or 5 mins on the 2a bus which runs untill 11.30pm. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from in this area so we were spoilt for choice - we never had a bad meal. Love the fact that owner provides beach towels, snorkels and toiletries. We only had hand luggage so this made life much easier for us. We travelled as two adults and two older teens. The availability of football on the tv was a winner with the football obsessed boy who was wired about missing Everton's first game of the season. Beds were really comfy with quality cotton bedding and air con in every room. Bathrooms were super clean and had very good showers. Really good bakery a minutes walk away and a small supermarket 5 minutes away. It was a perfect week and we hope to come back.

We've just come back from a week's holiday at Blue View House. The house was wonderful and Karen the owner very helpful. We arrived late to find a welcome pack of bread, milk, wine, beer and pastries, bread and honey which was much appreciated. The house was spotlessly clean with everything you'd need for the beach provided. The views from the balconies are beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting out. It was too hot to tackle the 20-minute walk around the bay to Corfu town, but buses passed every 20 minutes or so. We loved the hustle and bustle of Corfu town, but were glad of the peace and quiet of Garitsa  Bay itself. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. The bar around the corner at Mon Repos Baths was a nice cool place for a drink. Paleokastritsa and Kanoni are recommended trips.

Blue View House was a wonderfully appointed beach house. Everything was there that we could need. Karen welcomed us at the door and even had a lovely surprise of local snacks and drinks to begin our stay. The views of the ocean, windmill, boats on the water, and the Old Fortress were a great daily view. There were many restaurants nearby and even a little shop to buy your daily needs. And we walked into Old Corfu Town a couple of nights for dinner and a wander about. The patios were lovely to sit out at night and enjoy an drink. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really well appointed. Convenient for beach and close to Corfu Old Town which is a 20 minute work, or short bus ride away. Some nice Taverna’s very close by too.

The Blue View House is perfect for a romantic getaway! It is cute and cozy, boasts a wonderful deck (3 actually) with an amazing, up-close view of the sea, and is just steps from swimming, a day resort, and several wonderful restaurants. Our host, Karen, stocked the fridge with beer, wine, sodas, water, juice, and milk, and she left us fresh baked goods, honey, marmalade, and Greek treats for breakfast! We arrived after midnight, so this surprise was very well received and much appreciated as we had no idea where we were in relation to anything. The home sleeps 6 in 3 rooms, with 2 baths, so a family could easily stay here, although there is not a ton of living space, which was fine for us and the couple that joined us the last night. The home is a nice walk from the Old and New Fortresses, Old Town Corfu, Mon Repos, and the crazy open market that fills the meandering, old, narrow streets and alleys. We will definitely stay here again!

I literally have nothing negative to say! The only thing that would make it an 11 is a plunge pool, but we walked 200 feet to the left and down 7 stairs to immerse ourselves in the sea daily, just as the locals do, and it was magical!
