Tortuga Dafni Bay Villas Diver's Paradise by "elite"

It has all the amenities we needed, we went to the supermarket and bought supplies so we could cook our own breakfast, lunch and dinner. We loved how close to the beach it was. All the rooms had air conditioning and there was a lovely outdoor area as well. The facilities were cleaned everyday. Great beach to snorkel at.

The road to get to the beach and the villas was a bit rough in places.

The road to reach the beach over the mountain was rough, not really paved. Prepare for 10 minutes of driving on a poor road. Then, enjoy your stay in the beach villa!

I have been using booking.com regularly and intensively for about 20 years. I take care to make detailed comments after each of my stays. When I’m going to book cities I haven’t been to before, I read guest reviews carefully. And I’ve always benefited a lot from it. I came to Zakynthos for the first time. That’s why I read the comments very carefully before booking. I will write my comments about the facility in detail to help the next visitors. I will correct some of the previous comments. I’m sure that on the date the previous ones were written is true. But obviously, the facility has taken the necessary measures and needs an update. First of all, we stayed with my seven-year-old son in a villa by the sea. The villa was very comfortable and very beautifully decorated. The cleaning was excellent. We arrived by renting a car from the airport. The hotel has a separate and free parking area for guests staying only. The width of this parking space is extremely sufficient. The entrance and exit are made through a separate chained door. There is 25-30m between the point where you park your car and your villa. And that distance is straight. There are no stairs, ramps, etc. After leaving the main road, you take a three-kilometer mountain road to come to the hotel. We crossed this road in 6 minutes. Unlike some old comments, we enjoyed this way a lot. We couldn’t get enough of the beauty of the landscapes. There are all the opportunities that are said to be in the villa. Moreover, in its highest quality form... All kinds of kitchen equipment, large refrigerator, oven, washing machine, coffee machine (and capsules), toaster, dish soap, kettle, extractor, american services etc. There are three air conditioners in total, in the living room and two bedrooms separately, and they all work very well. Both rooms have very clean and hygienic bathrooms. The restaurant inside the facility receives the last order at 8:00 in the evening.

The location is excellent - a private villa just steps from the beach. It's near the bar and restaurant, but private and totally quiet at night because the resort closes in the early evening. The beach and surroundings are part of a protected area, perfect for snorkelling and beach walks.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and photos, very close to the beach, all beach equipment (loungers, umbrellas) is included and available without any problems. The complimentary wine met us upon arrival - it was very pleasant)) The owners were very hospitable and they allowed us to check-out later. Also they organized a drive to the local shop for groceries, because there was no shops near. The Dafni Beach location is far from cities (only 4 tavernas are on the beach) and you need a car to go somewhere (it's unrealistic to go by foot) or book a taxi (for example, cost from the airport - 73 €). Shrimps in Antonios taverna are incredible and super tasty 😋 Very beautiful place for quiet family rest!!

Answers on questions via Booking took a long time (we were worried about our arrival after 22:00). A sound insulation could be better. And if you need a shampoo/shower gel, you should ask, because it's not placed during cleaning.

Secluded paradise! Great size of the house just on a marvelous beach

Bad wifi signal and mobile telephony but was sort of expected due to the isolated location

It is a hotel on a beautiful beach where turtles come to lay their eggs. Staying with them you have free sunbeds on the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food at the tavern is delicious. The owners were very kind throughout our stay, even if we didn't spend the whole stay staying with them. Thank you Mari for the sunset experience from the boat was absolutely fabulous.

If you arrive late in the evening, you must be careful to eat because the tavern closes at 9 p.m. Although we arrived late and at first we were told that the kitchen was closed, they were very kind and prepared us some food. Also for breakfast, the kitchen is closed until 12 am and there are no shops too close.

Accomodation is modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. In less than 1 minute you are down on the beach.

Perfect place for familly rest with kids.Kind and attentive staff.We enjoyed our time a lot.Will come back for sure:)
