"A comfortable and peaceful stay."

On arrival a friendly greeting, advice about the property/keys etc. Milk in the fridge and tea/coffee in the kitchen. Peaceful location. Well thought out accommodation. Lovely to see the donkeys, chickens, turkeys and the ducks on the ponds, also other wildlife too.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was exceptional and the house was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed which is so important on a holiday. We also loved the animal the owner had in the garden.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

"Perfect getaway."

Everything you needed. Loved the animals and was such a treat to sit in the garden. Lovely views The bed was so comfortable which is unusual for holiday accommodation.

Well-appointed, clean property with home comforts. Easy to access Bury St Edmunds whilst enjoying the countryside. Fabulous free parking.

Whilst small, it has everything you need for a couple of nights away.

"The best holiday let we have experienced so far!"

Everything was perfect! We loved the location and the animals in the meadow behind. The host was very welcoming. Property well-equipped and comfortable. Would recommend and visit again.

"wonderful place ina very cute location"

beautiful garden and scenery. we brought our dog and the garden was totally secure. he loved watched the geese, emu and rabbits! The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with utensils for a long weekend. the lounge was extra comfy and fireplace perfect for chilly evenings. the bed was very comfortable and the blinds blocked out the spring early mornings. the village was very cute and close to Ickworth which has 2 pubs and Ickworth House. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

the shower was cold and low pressure at first but a quick call to Ian and it was sorted without a hassle.
