The house is central and you can easily reach Amsterdam, as well as other touristic sites outside of Amsterdam. The neighborhood is very nice and romantic with other houses built on water too, and their boats parked in front of them! The main highway is not very far from the house. It could be a little bit noisy. In our case, the traffic noise was not a problem. The house has a parking spot in front of it. The landlord is very nice and very helpful in cases of emergency!

When it's hot outside, the house is like a heat magnet. It becomes too hot inside. The ventilator was of great help, but in my opinion, a central air conditioning system would be the right solution. There were a lot of mosquitoes too!
