Casa La Araucaria

This was like paradise for us - it was EXACTLY what we wanted and it had everything we needed. The place is spectacular. Location is incredible - it was tough finding it at night but once you get your bearings you realise you're in the perfect location for Frigiliana and Nerja The views between the mountains down to the ocean are incredible Magical place

Try and get there in daylight the first day because the downside to the amazing hillside views are the secluded hillside roads! Luckily the owners were available to help us so it wasn't a problem but if you can avoid a late night arrival I would.

Precioso entorno, tranquilo y relajante. Rodeado de naturaleza, a 4 minutos en coche de Nerja y Frigiliana. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, sin necesidad de llevar nada. Vivienda muy cómoda, limpia y bonita y que decir de la piscina y barbacoa, no se puede pedir mas. Ha superado mis expectativas, repetiremos sin dudarlo. Recomendable totalmente.

Absolutely amazing place - we loved every single second there. The house is cozy and has everything you need for a family with kids. Great location, fantastic view, and we hope to come back one day. Driving to the place was a bit challenging the first time, but once you’ve done it, you’ll be fine.

Todo estaba limpio y preparado con todo lo necesario . Nos ha encantado la piscina y el contacto con los anfitriones fluido y resolutivo. Muy cerca de Frigiliana y Nerja para salidas. Repetiremos sin duda !

Por decir algo, el acceso para entrar a la vivienda es muy estrecho si se encuentran dos coches, pero nosotros no tuvimos problema.

Excellent villa with great views and lovely pool. Quiet spot but not far from Frigiliana and Nerja Extremely well equipped too and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. Will be back next year!

A lovely, traditional Andalusian villa, with everything we needed for our ‘two weeks in the sunshine’ holiday. Very clean, and well maintained. Our hosts were fantastic, immediately resolving a couple of minor issues, and are wonderful, friendly people, despite our language gap! Thank you, and if we return to this area, we will definitely look to stay in Casa La Araucaria again. 10/10, 100%, etc, etc. 😎

Beautiful villa in the valley above nerja , perfect for a quiet getaway, has everything you need , perfectly clean , internet easily accessible, beautiful views , ten minutes to nerja and the beach , five to frijiliana,

We all loved staying in this amazing villa. It was extremely clean and had everything that you could ask for. The space and the quietness was so relaxing. Our host really couldn’t do enough for us and was always happy to answer any questions about the area. She also organised a taxi into the local town for us one evening which was really lovely too! I think our favourite part was the outside facilities which including multiple seating areas, the swimming pool, the bbq area and a pool table!

The Property was spotlessly clean, and smelt beautiful. Bed, linen & towels were freshly laundered and replaced after our first weeks stay, for our 2nd week.

Nothing. It would be ideal to have detailed instructions on finding the location of the villa upon arrival. I naively thought I could find the villa with the postcode. However the postcode doesn’t take you no way near to the accurate location. However, the owners were amazing and met us, so we could follow them to the villa. Lourdes, and her family were so lovely and helpful.
