Mathilde and Jims House is absolutely stunning. Beautiful view and lovely surroundings by the house. Both childrrn and parrents loved the pool area. The evenings we spend in one of the sitting spots outside the house. Very nice and Cozy decorated inside and outside, we loved it🙏🏻

My husband and I spent 9 nights here and we had a fantastic time. The location was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, with amazing views of the hillside and the village. The outside space was perfect - lots of seating options - and the pool was great too. Everything inside and outside was immaculately clean and very well-equipped - especially the kitchen. Mathilde and Jim were very responsive and friendly, not to mention extremely helpful and kind when we found a screw in our hire car tyre. We would love to stay here again.

We loved everything, just some advice...the map location of Casa14 is correct on booking.com, but the written address is not. Mathilde sent a description of how to get to the house, but, unaware, we put the address itself in the satnav and it took us to the wrong place.

Tranquility and quirkiness of the villa was great. It had everything you could need in terms of appliances, cooking facilities, entertainment, seating outside. Pool didn't need heating, it was lovely and warm. Good bbq facilites.

It was a shame that the 20 minute cross country track into Frigliana, as mentioned in a previous travellers question, is no longer viable. The only way to walk into town is a 45 minute, very strenuous road hike, not for the faint hearted. Otherwise it's a 6 minute drive or a 14 euro taxi.

Beautiful gardens, pool, villa. Lots of thought had gone into equipping the villa with games, music, a well organised kitchen. Ideal with old kids in separate access room. Absolutely stunning views of Frigiliana. Also we left something and Mathilda was amazingly helpful getting it back to us. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Fantastic.

It was incredibly hot while we were there and ideally I think an extra fan would be helpful but this is only a little constructive help and it was extreme conditions when there so not really a negative item.
