Garden Cottage

It's a lovely well equipped accommodation and we really enjoyed staying there.

Everything was fine.

Location was excellent, cottage well equipped, very clean & comfortable.

The road was quite busy & we hadn't realized that before booking

Linda made the cottage very comfortable with good quality finishes and extras like biscuits and whisky. It was well positioned to get to everything in the area

Lovely couple who own and manage the adjoining cottages to the one they live in, very friendly and take excellent care of the place. We arrived late at night and they made sure we could get in OK. Excellent location, was 5 minutes drive from the wedding we were attending at the Ross Priory.

The decoration of the cottage we rented was becoming a little dated, wallpaper in particular. We didn't find a hairdryer, and it was unfortunate that they didn't provide a few teabags and some coffee for the first morning, although the whisky was appreciated on the first night!

Nice remote location, large spacious garden and comfy outdoor furniture. All appliances and house equipment provided and good quality. Owner Linda welcomed us upon arrival, very friendly.

Room right next to the main road but not really able to do anything about that. A few ants here and there in the cottage, but it is the countryside and that's to be expected.

Lovely owners and the cottage was immaculate. The complimentary shortbread and wee dram is a nice touch along with the Woodburner albeit it can be a faff.. There are some excellent walks with excellent views of Loch Lomond and Balloch is a short drive away providing river cruises and some very good places to eat and drink.

The Queen size bed and access was too small for two particularly if you happen to be physically tall. Fortunately the spare bedroom was made available with a couple of single beds. The heating system struggles with radiators in need of attention.

Dusty and cooker was filthy. Bit of a construction site next door so if you had kids it would become a hazard
