Facilities and environments nice
Mr Khor owner of property didn’t reach guest info at start instead guest need to ask info from him and he was very impatient, rude to us when asking questions. The bedsheet not clean.

The house is big enough for 6 persons, and a car porch for parking with auto gate system. Air conditioners are available in all rooms and in living room, which is good for small families or friends to sit in the house.
The cleanliness could improve further, as ladies hairs are in the master room toilet and some on the bed. The owner could be more proactive in reaching the guest prior of check in, instead of the guest to look for the owner. The water shower pressure is low especially during midnight.

Everything except the below
The toilet was abit dirty and the main door was not functioning well. Also, the water pressure in the master bedroom toilet is really bad. Otherwise was all good.
