Comfortable and centrally located.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and everything worked great. The complex is perfectly located very close to downtown, but not too close. Loved the large balcony, amazing views of the river and the parking is ideal.

Great location. Quiet. Great view of Mountains and River. Close to downtown. Walking distance to many Hood River shops and restaurants.

Carpet on stairs and upstairs at start of living room was warn and stained. For price of cleaning charge, bathrooms could have used a better cleaning behind the toilet. We did not have internet access first day and night no tv and no work access as expected. It was fixed first thing the next morning.

It was very easy to call the number, get the information for getting the keys. The facility was very clean, well-supplied, homey & welcoming. The view of the river from the windows and porch was gorgeous.

We were unable to figure out how to use the tv/DVD player in the bedroom, but it was a blessing in disguise to not have it! We finally managed to get the other TV going and watched Karate Kid! Because the weather was snowy & icy, having a shovel, broom, maybe salt to clear the outside steps would be helpful. A nice neighbor loaned us her shovel. Also, we pulled a rug from in front of a door to the top of the stairs to give solid footing on the slippery surface, too.
