This stunning home, restored with the most exquisite construction materials and furnishing, is located in a magical historical marble village. The owners have been the most attentive, responsive, and helpful.

Unfortunately, the layout is nonsensical, the furnishing, although of beautiful craftsmanship, is uncomfortable, and the layout is nonconductive to sitting together. The staircase between the living and bedroom areas has such narrow steps that it is unsafe and makes me nervous whenever I use it. My four sons and I would go back.

This property has been tastefully renovated. Lovely living room on main floor and attractive kitchen on lower level. Everything was very clean. Owners were very helpful in addressing our concerns.

2 very steep open spiral staircases. 1 leading from main floor up to the roof terrace and the other leading from the main floor down to the kitchen, 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom (basement level). I am a Canadian Travel Agent and I feel compelled to honestly point out a few things for any future guests. This property is not suitable for small children or elderly people due to the steep stairs Lower level is prone to dampness. Difficult to find the parking. Parking is not on the property. It is a 10 minute walk from parking. Streets in this little mountain town are not all accessible by car.

Staying at this place was such a precious experience. Huge beautiful historic house in a charming village. We would love to come back with more people. The host was very attentive and their detailed recommendation on beaches and restaurants were extesnsicve and very much appreciated. We stayed there for three nights but we wished we stayed longer. We didn't get to hike and we wished that we explored the village more. We fell in love with Naxos and we hope to go back again soon!

The property was very spacious, clean and located close to all the hiking trails. The host were amazing. I accidentally left my hat at their property and they posted it to their son in Athens - my next destination. The rooftop terrace is beautiful to watch the sunrise and sunset. There are two supermarkets located very close and approximately 15 restaurants all looking over the valley. The bus is very reliable from our experience. We stayed there for 5 nights which was perfect.

Nothing it was perfect.

Traditionally decorated yet there was enough space for us to store our things. The place was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable, the bedding, pillows and towels also sparkling clean. The host had left soap and everything else I needed for our 5 day stay. A true home away from home.

All was good.

The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything, and more, that one could need. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. We received friendly messages from Matina and Antonis and they kindly arranged for our taxi when we left. Aperanthos is a friendly place to stay and walk in some amazing countryside. The house is tucked away in the quiet streets of this traditional hillside village, so you will need access to google maps to help find it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PETRA HOME and wouldn't hesitate at staying here again.

My family and I stayed in Petra home for 6 nights. It is a beautiful apartment with loads of room and all amenities. The location is fantastic too with great views from the roof top. The village of Aperathos is a beautiful village in the mountains of Naxos with lovely restaurants and shops. The host's Antonis and Matina were great and very helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend Petra Home.

The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. It is fully furnished, making it easy to feel at home. Apeiranthos is located in the center of the island, in an area full of hiking paths. We had a wonderful stay.

What an amazing find! Everything was perfect! The apartment is huge and beautiful... Lovely hosts. We will definitely visit again next year!!!!!
