"Comfortable for a short stay."

Quite & peaceful

The path to the studio unit was narrow & relatively steep. The gurgling sound from the kitchen drain the owner needs to know that the shower leaks.

"Just perfect!"

It was so cozy and relaxing. The perfect location to unwind from our busy schedule /vacation. A comfy bed and having a washing machine was a plus. Great view, too... 😁

It was secluded and comfortable. The location was good. It was just a short drive to Kaka Point and the restaurant. The beach was in walking distance. Nugget Point Light was a short drive. Owaka was about 15 minutes away. Tips: If you are arriving late, buy your groceries in Owaka. The grocery store in Kaka Point is not open in the evening and it doesn't open until 12:00 noon the next day. Also, the restaurant in Kaka Point is closed on Sunday and Monday. It does not serve breakfast since it doesn't open till 12:00 noon. There are cafes and restaurants in Owaka that serve breakfast and are open Sunday and Monday.

The cement walkway, particularly at the beginning, was steep to drag our suitcases up. Other than that, no complaints.

Pet friendly, private, beautiful outdoor setting & patio. Beach views & walking distance to the beach. Stylish interior & sky tv bonus. Didn’t want to leave we enjoyed it so much.
