L’emplacement , la vue est incroyable, la maison est typique.

La zona es muy tranquila y se agradece mucho que permitan mascotas

Al estar en una finca, es probable que haya algún roedor

El patio esta bien, es grande y tenias varias tumbonas, también tiene bastantes camar perfecto para ir en grupo.

La mayoría. Está en zona colapsada todos los dias lleno de coches y personas pasando por la puerta. Por estar colapsado no se consigue aparcamiento y encima nos dieron un golpe en el coche. Además no hay seguridad, nos entraron desde la casa de al lado estando nosotros dentro, no llegaron a más porque teniamos a nuestras perras, son grandes y huyó por miedo. Tampoco nos gusto que no dejaron nada para limpiar, ni un fregasuelo. Estando con animales es necesario hacer limpieza y no teniamos como. Tuvimos q comprar varios productos. Por último nos encontramos con un ratón y alguna cucaracha pequeña. Lo siento pero no la recomiendo.

Ya la conocía con anterioridad, en general muy aceptable para unos días de descanso con acceso fácil y bien situada.

Necesita algunos minimos "toques" de mantenimiento tales como, algunas lámparas exteriores fundidas, ajustes de alguna puerta extensible, toma de agua exterior y principalmente sustituir la barbacoa, pues la que hay es inutilizable. Pequeñas "cosas" que no quita lo muy aceptable y acogedora que es la casa. Sin ninguna duda repetiríamos.

- according to the description, it has access to the beach. but reality is that you need to walk a lot on the road to be able to reach the beach. - my family did not feel much safe in the house at night. it's extremely easy to enter in the property since there is almost protection. - the swimming was really shallow. barely covers you while sitting on the ground.

We absolutely adored this place and would return. It is fantastic. Beautiful peaceful location, in a banana plantation so lots of nature, beautiful view and walks and fresh air from the ocean in front. Beaches and three good restaurants within walkable distance, beach not safe for swimming but a beautiful walk. Very peaceful and quiet. Not ideal to access if no car. Could be done with taxis from PdeLa Cruz. Supermarket etc is beside motorway though so again- taxis to be organised I guess. We had a car. Driving in Tenerife is intense and busy. Spacious property with a shaded and sunny large terrace. Ideal for morning breakfast and night time star gazing. Beds comfortable and it’s a quiet area, might change if nearby rentals do. Kitchen has everything needed but in a reduced relaxed fashion. Large dining tables, plenty of simple and comfortable practical furniture. Decent bathroom. Needs a door ! Thank you for leaving binoculars: a treat for looking at Canarian small sparrow hawks waiting for lizards. This is a well organised basic place but far exceeded our expectations in relaxed comfort. We loved it. Superb.

We liked everything. A door to the bathroom & an oven, fixing some electrical and ensuring potable water would add more. But truly it was magical.

Exactly as described and shown on photos - nice view, comfy beds, very good location.

We were a bit unlucky with neighbors - the ones on the side were loud in the morning and the ones at the back partied until 2am in the morning, so having a good night's sleep was tricky for a couple of days.
