Die Lage am Fjord ist wirklich ein Traum. Mit dem Motorboot konnten wir einen herrlichen Ausflug in einen längeren Nachbararm unternehmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und steht einem immer bei Fragen und Problemchen zur Verfügung. Hier lohnt es sich wirklich das Telefon in die Hand zu nehmen.

Het uitzicht is prachtig. De keuken is goed uitgerust. De bedden lagen lekker.

Het gebrek aan service. Ik verwacht dat beddengoed en handdoeken in de prijs inbegrepen is (€15pp). Het is helemaal bizar dat de elektriciteit apart in rekening wordt gebracht waarbij wij niet weten hoe dit wordt berekend. €20 voor 1 pan water koken, 3x kort douchen, 1x koffie en 1x thee zetten. Er staat op niks over extra kosten op Booking.com , komt er zomaar bij. En dan moet je ook nog het beddengoed en handdoeken zelf wassen de volgende ochtend. Wij hebben veel betere en mooiere huizen gehad voor deze prijs

The house itself was beautiful, boasting a great view and starting off clean. If you’re solely focusing on aesthetic and initial cleanliness, you won’t be disappointed.

However, my stay was marred by several undisclosed issues. Firstly, a 300 Euro deposit via bank transfer was required upon arrival, a detail not mentioned during the booking process on Booking.com. This, along with the property being non-refundable, added significant stress and inconvenience. Secondly, guests are required to clean the property themselves before departure, a condition that was also not clearly stated before booking. To make matters more complicated, your cleaning efforts are rated by the next guest on a scale of 1-10, and a low score could lead to losing part of your deposit. Lastly, electricity usage is billed separately, adding another unexpected cost to your stay.

You should remove this property from your website. I prepaid the reservation, but the property owner wanted $300 USD deposit wired to her before she would send instructions to get into the property. The booking details said we could bring cash for this, but she changed it after we paid. This is not the type of property rules that I would expect from your website. It doesn’t seem like you want to protect your customers from this abuse.
