Nice sized rooms, plenty of bathrooms, location near enough to Central Manchester to make travel easy

Beds were on the little soft side. Boiler / water system didn't cope very well with all showers on at the same time

Lots of beds and bedrooms were of a good size. Beds were comfy and clean. Great dining space for the 12 people we had.

The hot tub didn’t seem very clean. There was a dirty tea towel in it when we took the lid off which put us off. The kitchen is very small for the size of the property and number of people we had to cook for.

To try and put a positive take on this: it was nicely set up and the facilities thought through well, especially for a group of up to ten people. it was a nice space overall, and very easy to check into. very comfy beds to sleep in. tea, coffee and milk were provided as well as cake bars and a lovely bunch of flowers.

the general state of repair and maintenance was poor. so many things were broken or grubby. the level of cleaning was only cursory. There were bits of what look liked dried Pooh on the skirting board on the downstairs toilet. whilst the beds were pretty decent, the wardrobes, cupboards and drawers were cheap and fairly flimsy. half the under cupboard kitchen lights were hanging out broken. the fridge freezer was full of ice and leaked water onto our food. I reported all the broken items in as soon as we’d arrived and walked around, as I didn’t want these to be taken out at the end from the deposit. however all I received back was a standard message saying ‘thanks, we’ll forward this to our maintenance department’. for the price we were paying, I’d expect a better standard overall. we won’t be using this property again for our regular reunions, and I won’t be recommending it either. (plus, it’s not like the photos on the header at all)

Good location in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the city. Neat tidy and clean.

Nothing really but it was strange that there was no dishwasher.

we had a problem with the boiler at night. by turning the heating off it stopped the noise.
