Cosy 3 bed with Parking- Family and Contractors

Very close to the venue we were going to

Slightly run down but nothing to complain about as the cost was very respectable

Location of the property is great, lots of room for large contractor vehicles to park.

The property was not as advertised online. The kitchen was covered in ants, something the property must know about due to visible traps. Unfortunately, the guys woke up with ants over their face and in the sheets, completely unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting. Words of the guys staying 'the place should be condemned'.

The accommodation met our needs as a warm, cosy, clean & convenient place to stay.

There was no welcome pack at the property with further specifics such as details around the heating, recycling etc The heating was actually excessively warm but we found the boiler and reduced the timer settings. There was no dish towel for the kitchen. The body towels provided were one per bed and only 2 were full sized, the rest mid. The 2nd sofa in the window bay has lost it's support/structure.

Good proximity to Alexander Stadium

Very tired. Needs a bit of TLC

The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Beds were lovely, mattresses were super comfortable 👌

Using stove was a bit tricky, but it worked fine eventually.
