Property was great and you could tell that it was someone's much loved holiday home, the added extras were lovely and facilities in property were great.

Lovely chalet in peaceful location. Perfect for exploring North Wales, vey much a home from home chalet.

A dinning room table would have been useful

Location. Easy access. Very well decorated, decor 'home from home'.

Cleanliness - lots of dead flies on windowsills, top of bathroom cistern, lots of dust on top of headboard rails, room with twin beds, windows were really dirty. No dishcloths available in kitchen. Only 2 spare toilet rolls, we had to go and buy more on Day 3, with 6 of us staying there (an 'essential item' so there should have been a sufficient supply available - we didn't mind so much when the kitchen roll ran out!). No toilet brush in the bathroom, or shower mat/board.

The property is amazing. A real homely feel. It has all the amenities that we needed. The property was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Added thanks goes for the coffee pods and the whiskey! The location is stunning with the sound of the stream. Kids loved the stream swimming and the outdoor pool. Very peaceful and unique. Will definitely book again!

Amazing place to stay and beautiful site and grounds. The cabin was amazing and had everything we needed- just wish we had booked a longer stay! The location is in a beautiful part of Wales and main town is only 1 mile away. We hope to return! Thanks to our lovely hosts who communicated well and allowed us to book their lovely holiday home.
