Lovely 3 bed house in the heart of Cheltenham

Nice 3 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen and dining room. Good location in Cheltenham Free Parking available on the same street.

Room heating NOT working in all rooms, and it is very cold at night in late Jan 2025. Landlord and the representative tried to help over text, but were not able to solve problem. (Hot water available at bath)

Nice house , comfortable . Nice decor .

The down stairs area could do with extra heaters in the winter as it was chilly .

The facilities were comfortable, the interior decoration was very tasteful, and we could have a very nice stay.

The house is welcoming and spacious. It is deceptively large. It has three good sized double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. It has been maintained to a good standard. We only stayed for one night so didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. The location couldn’t be better. It is close to a Lidl and only a few minutes walk to the Brewery centre and the town centre. The Brewery centre has bowling, a flight club and a cinema so plenty to do for three teenage boys on our doorstep. There is only street parking but we found spaces quickly.

Location was very convenient and the decor was lovely.

The wheelie bin at the front of the property was almost overflowing when we arrived on Saturday evening and the recycling crates and bags filled most of the courtyard to the right of the back door. Obviously a problem because of the timing between Christmas/ New Year but it wasn’t pleasant.

Beautiful house, lovely decor. Good size rooms. Wardrobe in each bedroom, comfy beds with great bed linen. Nice rear garden. A really cosy feel to the house, so lovely and warm. Dog friendly was a massive bonus.

Just minor things. No shower mat in shower so was slippery. A few things a miss in the kitchen- no frying pan and spatula. Oven was very smokey when used. Most of the knives were blunt. The scissors were blunt. Was cooking a lot of Christmas food so noticed these things a lot more than if just a regular stay. Would have liked the house to be a bit more Christmassy as was Christmas time.

Excellent location. Cosy lounge. Spacious bedrooms.

A few dirty glasses in the cupboard and splatters in the microwave. Minor issues and easily solved. Also, we would’ve like to be able to control the heating.

The decor and furnishings were very lovely! The layout was well thought out and we se appreciated the bathroom!

It’s such a small thing but we couldn’t find a dustpan. The heating wasn’t working when we arrived but luckily was fixed during our stay. Visiting with very young babies, this wasn’t ideal but the owners looked after us.
