Spacious, plenty of towels, lots of extras like coffee, extra toilet paper (most places don't provide) little soaps and towels! Beautiful, tall windows, gas fireplace!

It was a last minute booking. The communication was immediate and thorough as well as attentive and consistent. They responded promptly and professionally to my special request.

Lack of an elevator on the main entry. I absolutely have zero complaints so this would be my “lazy” suggestion but solely because I was tired and lazy.

"Very convenient for a small family."

I liked the location it was close to the water park. The only down fall was that my 7 year old has cerebral palsy and the stairs was a challenge for her.
