The hosts Lisa and Nick were delightful. So warm and welcoming! Being in the city centre the location of the studio was amazing, but there is traffic noise when you sit outside. Inside it is inaudible as the studio is soundproofed. Also could park our mini on site, a great advantage! The studio was very attractively decorated with all we needed for a two night stay. Milk, orange juice, tea, coffee and brioche buns were provided for breakfast. However there is a fabulous bakery, Serendipity, just a few doors along that bakes on the premises. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and opens on Wednesday mornings. It also does some gluten free cakes. Like a lot of properties in Chichester the bakery is a bit of a Tardis. It goes back a long way with seating in the garden. We went to see a show at the Chichester Festival Theatre, very enjoyable, as was the Pallant House art gallery and the Cathedral. It was our first time in Chichester. It won't be our last. We loved it! Will definitely return to stay in this property if it is available.

On a busy junction so some traffic noise in the rush hour.

The location was absolutely brilliant, within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. The studio was quirky, really private, spotlessly clean, with a superb outside space in, what felt like, a secret garden. The Hosts were helpful and gave us some great advice about what to see and where to find it. Car parking at the property was also a huge bonus.
